I am pleased to confirm that our next Support Group meeting is to take place on Tuesday 18th July, beginning at 11.00am (for coffee & biscuits). Once again, the venue is to be Chinnor RFC, Kingsey Road, Thame, OX9 3JL

On this occasion, we are fortunate to have two speakers, Dr Emily Betts and Dr Rachel Marfleet, both of whom are newly appointed psychologists working on a project to improve the psychological support to patients who have had a cancer diagnosis. In addition to their talk entitled:

"Cancer Psychological Service : Patient Involvement"

our speakers are keen to learn about Member's experiences and what they think is needed to provide good quality emotional and psychological care in the community.
