150 PSA tests are available and are subsidised by the Aylesbury Prostate Cancer Support group

To book directly on line:-

1.  Go to: www.mypsatests.org.uk
2.  Register for a free account
3.  A confirmation email will be sent
4.  Log back into the site
5.  Select the event you wish to book
6.  Select the time you want to attend
7.  Complete the questions and pay the fee of £10
8.  PRINT OFF THE BOOKING FORM/BLOOD FORM
9.  BRING THE BOOKING FORM WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF THE TEST
